Srinivas A is the Founder & Chief Scientist of Peopleverse. With over two decades of international business and leadership experience across Asia, Europe, and North America, Srinivas has worked closely with global enterprises, CXOs, and academic institutions on leadership transformation, culture, and human performance. Grounded in cognitive science and real-world execution, his work bridges research, business strategy, and measurable organizational outcomes.
Lalitha S is the Co-Founder & Chief Architect of Peopleverse. She brings extensive international experience in building and scaling technology and analytics platforms for global organizations. Having worked across geographies and multicultural teams, Lalitha leads the architecture of Peopleverse’s behaviour intelligence systems—combining applied AI, cognitive models, and enterprise-grade design to deliver globally relevant, decision-ready solutions.
